Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We offer a full refund only if the digital file is proven to be defective or not as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT: This update covers original Mazda systems only. We are not liable, nor responsible, for malfunctions in aftermarket accessories (Navigation SD cards, cameras, etc.) installed by local importers or local workshops. Please consult your local installer for issues related to non-genuine components.
For a smooth installation, we recommend disconnecting all devices from USB ports and removing the Navigation SD card during the update process. you can insert it back ONLY after update procedure is complete
